How difficult is the machine to operate?
Not difficult at all. Most operators learn within 1–2 days. An English user manual and instructional video guide are included with every machine.
What training is provided after purchase?
Engineers are welcome to visit the factory for hands-on training. Remote guidance is also available via video call.

What is the warranty?
