The HW-T4-44/50F is a 4-head, high-speed desktop SMT pick-and-place machine engineered for prototype runs and small-to-medium production batches. With a rated placement speed of 7,000–8,000 components per hour and verified positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm, it reliably handles everything from 0201 passives to fine-pitch BGAs (≥0.3 mm lead pitch, up to 40×40 mm) — including QFN, LQFP, SOP, SOT, TO packages, LEDs, and pin-header connectors up to 7 mm tall.

Mechanical performance is built on imported precision ball screws and double linear motion guides on both X and Y axes, driven by AC servo motors and high-speed DSP drivers. The motion system uses intelligent acceleration/deceleration curve linkage with integrated linear interpolation, supporting 24-hour continuous operation without downtime. The Igus flexible cable carrier is rated for 10 million cycles and resists extreme temperatures, oil exposure, and torsional flex — the same grade used in top-tier imported machines.

The six-camera vision array combines one 5MP distortion-free HD camera for large-component recognition, four 1MP high-speed cameras for parallel multi-head recognition (a major contributor to throughput), and a fiducial mark camera on the placement head. Component feeding is handled by 50 (T4-50F) or 44 (T4-44FX) electric feeder stations plus 48 IC tray positions, with support for electric, pneumatic, and vibrating feeders.

The proprietary HuaweiGuochuang OS runs on Windows with a 17″ industrial display. Programming begins with a CSV import from your PCB design files; the software auto-generates mark points from four-corner positioning, intelligently assigns nozzle and feeder layouts, and one-click calibrates feeder pick coordinates — a process that previously took an hour now completes in minutes, cutting roughly 30% off programming time. Path optimization includes synchronous multi-head picking, shortest-path PCB routing, majority-priority placement, and automatic slow-down for larger components. A three-stage conveyor (waiting → mounting → exiting) overlaps board handling with placement to maximize throughput.

Available as a desktop unit (1140 × 900 × 900 mm, 210 kg) or vertical floor configuration (900 × 1140 × 1340 mm, 280 kg). Runs on standard 220V single-phase power at just 600W average draw, requiring 0.5–0.6 MPa filtered air supply. CE, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 certified.
